How it Works
A quick rundown of processes and how photography sessions with Phil operate!
For the standard photography sessions, simply fill out the booking form and select the date that works for you! A booking fee will be paid upon booking the rest of the session fee will be charged upon completion of the shoot.
If you are looking for a more bespoke or custom session, please select the custom session option and follow the prompts.
We offer near limitless photography solutions! If you are looking for something more bespoke than the standard offers available, fill out our Inquiry Form to start a conversation.
For studio sessions, arrive on time at the Profile PopUp studio (#2, 4640 Manhattan Rd SE Calgary, AB T2G 4B5), where there is ample free parking available in the studio parking lot. Enter under the Profile PopUp parking lot sign. Once you enter you can do quick touchups with our change room mirrors. We will support you during the session and help you get comfortable in front of the camera.
You will receive an invoice at the end of your session, which will be payable immediately.
We will provide you a link to your Proofing Gallery through your completed invoice, which will be available within 2 business days of your session. Once the invoice has been paid, you will be able to start your selection process. Follow the steps to select your favourite images and compare them with our handy compare feature.
Once image have been purchased they will sync to our editors dashboard, and will be completed in consecutive order. Processing will be completed within 1-2 weeks.
